How long it remains
Verification sessions expire automatically. Contact messages and related delivery records may remain in the private owner inbox while they are needed for communication, security, and record keeping.

You may avoid verified chat and use one of the contact links instead. To request correction or deletion of a conversation, contact the portfolio owner using the email listed on the Contact page.
